Silver Spinners operates on the principle that you don't need a full roster to have a reason to exist. We found Silver Streakers doing their thing—jazz and folk in conversation, delivered by musicians whose combined age suggests they've seen every genre collapse and rebuild at least twice—and figured that was enough. Sometimes a label is just a good excuse to put out one record and see what happens.
