The story of the night

Three Mikes find their demon in the sticky basement where the PA smells like burned solder and someone's vape juice; across town, STOKED on Phonics arrives with enough sub-bass to rattle teeth into alphabet shapes. Acid jazz versus dubstep remixes of reading programs—the room will either levitate or require a nap mat. One band treats chaos as religion; the other treats pedagogy as percussion. Groove versus rhythm; who breaks the room first.
